2. Pricing and Payment

Quotes are provided in advance based on the details shared. Final costs may be adjusted after on-site inspection, depending on the actual scope of the work. Payment is required upon completion unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are any issues with the outcome of our work, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

5. Liability

Air Duct Service Guys is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues in your ductwork, HVAC system, chimney, insulation, or structure. While we take care during every visit, we cannot guarantee the condition of older or previously damaged systems.

6. Warranties

Any warranty on labor or parts will be stated clearly during booking or on the invoice. We do not offer any additional guarantees beyond what is explicitly documented.
